Joseph Jr’s Ukulele

This soprano ukulele was made for my nephew, Joseph Jr. The components are:

Spanish cedar top (2-piece)
Birdseye maple back (2-piece)
Birdseye maple sides (2-piece)
Mahogany neck
Claro walnut and Birdseye maple face plate
Cocobolo fretboard
Birdseye maple fret markers (at 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 10th frets)
Mystery wood bridge
Ebony nut and saddle
Claro walnut tail stripe, heel cap, and sound hole rosette (with toothpick inner ring)
Graphtec tune-a-lele tuners
Martin M600 fluorocarbon strings

The Claro walnut, Cocobolo, Ebony, and mystery wood were all donated by my uncle, Gerry VanNess.
